A hot dog cart in Kissimmee was the only food venue temporarily shut down in the week of March 5-11, according to data from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Lebele Hot Dogs at 1016 Buenaventura Blvd. in Kissimmee, a mobile hot dog cart, had originally been shut down on Feb. 24, and remained closed until a followup inspection on March 10. Inspectors still found two violations, one of which was a high priority for employees working with food equipment before washing their hands.
